Dan Smith was a top producing real estate agent in the resort market of Big Bear Lake, California. In his last five years as a Realtor, before selling his business, he averaged over 200 sales per year. In his final year of selling real estate full-time he closed 321 transactions and was listed in The Wall Street Journal as the #9 agent in the United States.
In 2011 Dan came out of retirement and began to train and strategize with real estate agents. He has spoken to Realtors throughout the United States and Canada and shared his skills and methods with over 1,000 audiences, helping countless real estate professionals to become more powerful, productive, and profitable. His focus is two-fold; to help agents achieve more success and to have more balance in their lives.
In the real estate industry, in addition to training Realtors for most of the major real estate franchises in the U.S., over the ensuing years Dan has also worked with individual Broker/Owners, Loan Officers, Title Representatives and other affiliated services.
Beyond real estate, Dan has helped dozens of corporations and organizations including Nissan Motor Company, Mariott Vacation Club, Kee Action Sports and the University of Redlands.
